I would like to simply load ORCHESTOOLS | STRINGS samples into any HISE (3.5 or 2.0) or any other software to use them in midi in the old "Sonar 8". I like this ORCHESTOOLS | STRINGS but I can't load it into HISE 3.05 or 2.0. Once in "Sonar 8" I opened HISE and accidentally loaded this ORCHESTOOLS | STRINGS library, but I can't do it anymore. I don't understand this at all, if someone could indicate in very simple language how to load samples into HISE or other Software step by step. Thanks

I guess sonar 8 does not support vst3 format and that that's why you are using HISE to load strings module and not use the installed instrument. But, if you have been able to load it once you should be able to load it again. Keep in mind that in HISE environment you need to load the project first (use File - Load Project and point it to the folder which contains orchestools strings source code that you downloaded from github) Then, you can load the instrument using either "file -> open xml" or "file -> open archive" menu item. you can find respective formats in "presets" and " XMLpresetsbackup" folders in source.
I guess you can use this instrument in this way though this is more suitable for development, of course. Hope this helps.
